Join us for a relaxing, restorative riff on Vinyasa.  Musically driven, this class will clear your head while relaxing and engaging your body.


Cardio kickboxing is a musically driven, high intensity, interval-style workout with dedicated functional strength training.  The class format comprises kickboxing and short burst drills followed by a core strength training segment that targets the abs, lower back ad glutes.
